Jeff is knowledgeable, considerate and professional. From the beginning he has been honest about what I can expect, both pain wise (from what patients have reported to him) and how long it will take to remove the tattoo. Prior to my initial session I looked at all of these google reviews and thought that perhaps they were fake as they seemed too positive. All I can say is that the thought was silenced fairly quickly. I have a tattoo with black and green which means both the q-switch and ruby lasers at Ink Undone are used each session.
