If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
For appointments cancelled or changed less than 24 hours prior, a fee of $63 will be charged or, for prepaid appointments, the unattended appointment will be forfeited. The above will also apply if you arrive too late to your appointment to complete your treatment within the allocated time.
